Lots of people ask: “How do you make your sushi?” Well, now you can learn in the company of a group of friends.
Simply gather a group together (minimum 4, maximum 8)and Yuko will work with you to prepare your own sushi.
After introducing the key ingredients, Yuko starts by showing the cooking and preparing Japanese sushi rice.
Following this we work together to make two distinct types of sushi roll; norimaki and uramaki. You will have plenty of opportunity to try yourself and will probably end up with quite a lot of rolled sushi.
Once they are made it is time to relax and eat as many as you can together with some traditional miso soup, which Yuko will prepare.
Finally we finish with some light pudding and coffee/tea.
The whole thing takes ~2.5 hours. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and an apron!
